As I’ve become obsessed with surfing the Great Lakes, and Surfing Lake Michigan in particular, I’m constantly scouring the NOAA and NWS sites for details about potential waves and wind. To help consolidate this information I put together a little webapp that would let me check the conditions at a glance wherever I’m at. It’s been extremely helpful, so I thought I’d open it up to everyone and let you test it out. Since it’s still in development and it can go offline at any time, I’m calling it a BETA version. I’ve tested it on both an iphone and a droid and it seemed to work on both.

Please keep in mind that the webapp can sometimes have out-of-date data, and potentially inaccurate data. Do not use the data for navigational, forecasting, or safety purposes.
